Course Description
This course is offered in 4 ways tailored for individuals with little to no healthcare experience/medical knowledge, and who are seeking training to help save lives in their community, workplace, or home.
Initial and Renewal courses are offered.
HSI electronic certifications (e-cards) are provided for all courses, except for the Heartsaver course (AHA e-card).
The goal of these courses: train students to save the lives of victims through first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), and automated external defibrillator (AED) use. Students will learn and practice skills and rescue techniques for adults, children and/or infants that apply to any out-of-hospital setting.
